Arrival by bus or train
If you arrive by public transport, we are happy to offer you a 15% discount on your entire stay.
The bus runs hourly and stops about 100 m from the Nature house.
We are also happy to pick you up from the Gossensass or Brenner train station, or from the Flixbus stop in Sterzing. We drive electric vehicles.

The prices are per night and apartment for a minimum stay of 3 nights and an occupancy of 2 persons.
Under 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 10% per stay / per night / per person
- for children from 5 to 14,99 years we charge 15€
- for children from 15 years we charge 25€
- Each additional person: 25€ / night
- In addition there is the fixed local tax per person/day of 2,70€-3,40€ from 14 years

Cancellation Policy
If a vacation is not possible due to COVID-19 (travel warning or quarantine after return) you can cancel your vacation free of charge or rebook it for another period.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions
- Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the travel price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
- Possible cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit already paid.
Express reference is made to the legal provisions of Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
Travel Insurance
To save costs and protect yourself, we recommend our cancellation protection. Click here and take out your travel insurance yourself.
